The Knife is a primary self-defense item and weapon in Puppet Combo games and as well couple of Torture Star Video games.
Usage[]
In most games, players can use a kitchen knife to defend themselves against enemies. In some games, the knife can be used as a weapon, especially for killing NPC victims.

Meat Cleaver Mutilator[]
The Combat Knife can be found on the 5th Floor and is used for combat against the Mutilator. Unfortunately, it seems to have no other purpose.
Stay Out of the House[]
The Night Shift Abductor after taking a certain amount of damage will run away. Wheelchair Lady and the Baby however, can be killed with a kitchen knife.

Christmas Massacre[]
The knife is Larry's only main weapon as his desire to slaughter the victims. This item can be found early in the first chapter at the Catholic Boarding School.

Night at the Gates of Hell[]
A number of knives can be found and collected throughout the levels. They serve as some sort of replacement for health or life system. If the zombie approach towards the player close enough, the enemy will be immediately killed with the player's knife to defend themselves. Although, if the player ran out of knives, they will be bitten and end up getting torn apart, resulting in a game over.
