Feed Me Billy is a 2018 horror game developed by Puppet Combo. The game can be downloaded from Puppet Combo's Patreon page[1].
Summary[]
A flesh-eating hole has appeared in your closet. It's YOUR job to feed it. You must! No matter what the cost... Terrorize the town on your sick quest for meat in this deranged serial killer simulator.
Gameplay[]
You play as the eponymous killer, Billy, as you try to sate a massive flesh-eating hole that has materialized in your closet.
The game consists of 3 different scenarios that all start off with Billy waking up in his bed, getting a phone call from his benefactor, then putting on his clown mask and arming himself with a revolver before getting in his car and driving off to look for victims.
Scenario 1 takes place late at night by a gas station, where a woman is using a pay phone. Billy parks in the nearby woods before killing her and taking her corpse to his car.
In the second scenario Billy yet again parks in the woods and then wanders upon a campsite with three people enjoying themselves and having fun. He promptly kills them and carries them off to his car, where he then feeds them to the hole in his closet.
In the third and final scenario Billy happens upon a couple of small houses by the side of the road. He finds one with an unlocked door and kills the inhabitants, yet again taking their bodies to his car. After feeding the corpses to the flesh-eating hole, a goat, seemingly made out of flesh, arises from the hole and text exclaiming "All Done" appears. The game then abruptly ends.

- Feed Me Billy's CD-Rom front cover is based on the theatrical release poster for the 1980 slasher Maniac.
- Much like in Texas Butcher (2018), Christmas Massacre (2021), and Blood Maniac (2019), Feed Me Billy is one of the few games by Puppet Combo where the player takes control of a serial killer.
- The Soft-core on TV is Totally Nude Aerobics.
- The overall concept of the game is inspired by the 1986 film The Abomination, in which a teenage boy becomes a psychotic killer after several red, flesh-eating monsters materialise in his home, and compel him to kill and feed members of his family to them. The design of the flesh-eating hole is also remarkably similar to the creatures, consisting only of a sharp-toothed mouth and being red in colour.
